If you contact us straight away, we will do the best we can to cancel your order. Unfortunately if your order has already been shipped you will have to wait for it to arrive and return it. We do offer free returns in store and online. Click here for more details.
No, you can check out as a guest, however setting up an account helps speed up the ordering process for you and allows you to keep track of your orders and refunds online, it always means we can let you know about upcoming sales and promotions.
No, you can opt out of emails and marketing material in the my account section of the website. Alternatively, if you only want to receive certain types of emails you can edit your preferences here as well. If you do sign up you can ask to be taken off our mailing list at any time by clicking on the "unsubscribe" link in any email communications that we might send you. Alternatively you may email customercare@Noni and request your email address to be unsubscribed.
Sometimes we don't send everything you've ordered at the same time. Check your dispatch emails to see if any of your items will be arriving separately. If your order has been sent separately, you will receive two tracking emails and will be able to track each item online.
Our website accepts payments via Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, PayPal, and Afterpay
Simply follow the Forgotten Password instructions to change it. For security reasons, we cannot send you your password via email. If your new password does not work please contact Customer Care for assistance.
To claim your promotional voucher ensure you are entering the information into the 'Redeem your promo/rebate voucher’ field in the 'Shopping Bag' section of the site. If you continue to have trouble redeeming the offer please contact our Customer Care team for further assistance. In some instances only one promotional code or discount can be used per order. Check the terms and conditions on your voucher for details
This email is just to let you know that to get your items to you quicker, we have already dispatched some of them. The items that have been shipped will be listed on the email received.
There may have been an issue as to why we could not complete your order on certain products, these products will be listed in the email received. Your credit card, or gift card will be refunded with the value of items we have cancelled. Please contact customer care for any further information or if you have any queries


No, simply opt to leave it at your front door during checkout, or Australia Post will leave a card with a unique barcode which you just need to take to the nominated Australia Post branch and pick it up.
If you have not received your parcel we can open an investigation with Australia Post. Simply contact us.

Refunds & Returns

For change of mind returns, all full price and reduced merchandise that is unworn and in its original condition can be returned to Noni B online or any Noni B store for a full refund within 30 days days of the date shown on the tax invoice
While we take every care to ensure that each item on our website is labelled just right (including pricing, colour and size), and shipped to you correctly, every now and then we get it wrong. If you have received an item different to the one you ordered, please contact us.
We want to sort out any issues with faulty items straightaway. As soon as you discover a fault, please phone us. Have handy your order number . From here we will arrange for the faulty item to be returned free of charge and you will be provided with a return authorisation ID. Once we receive the item back we will be in contact to let you know next steps. If we are sending you a replacement item, we will do so as quickly as we can.
You have 30 days from the date shown on the tax invoice to return your item
Please allow 10 business days from the day your parcel is delivered to our distribution centre for your return to be processed and your account to be credited.
No issue, we don’t mind what packing the items come back in, as long as the product(s) have the swing tags attached, are unworn and in their original condition.
Yes, we will provide a refund within 30 days from the invoice date, if the item is unworn, in its original condition with tags attached and there is proof of purchase.

There are a number of ways you can search for goods until you find exactly what you're looking for. The most relaxing way to shop with us is to browse through the categories at the top of the web-page and then refine what you are looking for by clicking on each section, spilt into either types of goods (i.e. Jeans). Alternatively, if you know exactly what you want, just type in the item name, description or style number into our search facility [top right of the website] and we will find you everything related to your specific search. Once you have found what you want, click 'add to shopping bag', and when you're done shopping, follow the on screen instructions to fill in your payment and delivery details.

Gift Cards/E-Gift Cards

A gift card is a physical plastic card, which can be bought and used online or in store. An e-gift card is an electronic voucher delivered via email from the online store, and can be used online or in store.
Yes, when you purchase your gift card, during check out we will ask you for a gift message.
Your e-gift card will arrive as soon as your payment has been approved by your bank. If an e-gift card has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please check your junk mail folder before contacting our customer care team.
The gift card and e-gift card will be valid for 1 year from the purchase date and can be used both online and in store.
Yes, you can pay the balance with any method of credit card options available on our website or in store.
Unfortunately we do not refund gift cards or e-gift card after purchase.
Yes, if you want to order over 10 gift cards you can do this through our customer care team, simply contact us.
The amount you paid with credit card will be credited back into the same account, and we will reissue you with a new e-gift card.

Where can I find rewards programme terms and conditions and privacy policy? If you signed up in store you will have been given a card holder that details the terms and conditions as well as the privacy policy. You can also find them here.

section of the website. Alternatively, if you just want to receive less, or no emails, you can adjust your email preferences in this section as well.
This could be for a couple of reasons:
  • Log into your account and check that your contact details are up-to-date.
  • Make sure you have added [email address] to your email address book. It might be that your emails are going into your spam folder.
  • Are you using a Noni B VIP card? you want to convert your Noni B VIP card to a Noni B VIP card call the VIP Customer Care team and they will set you up with a new account and, most importantly, transfer your spend over to the new card so you don’t miss out on your rebate voucher!
  • If you don’t think it is any of these reasons contact our customer care team.

and check that your contact details are correct. Call the customer care team to have your rebate rewards voucher resent.
